Hans was appointed as Chairman 2009. He is a tax partner of Wesselman Accountants/Tax advisors in the Netherlands, in which he has also been the Managing Partner for more than 10 years.

Hans has over 20 years of experience as a tax advisor, but has during his career also worked for the Dutch Inland Revenue Service for more than 10 years. Besides that he was also a teacher at the Academy of the Dutch Federation of Tax advisors and at Maastricht University (international taxation) for over 5 years.

With more than 25 years of senior level experience, Krishna Murthy is one of the Middle East’s leading IT figures.

Currently Mr Murthy is the Regional Managing Director for Acer Computer-MEA and his strategic counsel and leadership has helped establish Acer as a leading brand in the region. Previously Mr. Murthy worked in the finance industry organizations in Canada, Qatar and India.

Murthy is a graduate of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He is also an Associated Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) and Associate Member of Chartered Accountant of India (ACA).

Kaïs is a chartered accountant, providing auditing and accounting services to international clients based in Tunisia. After a 7 year experience with Ernst & Young Tunisia, Kaïs founded GAC in 1998 with other 4 partners. GAC is now one of the major auditing and accounting firms in Tunisia.

Kaïs speaks fluently French, Arabic, German and English. He was appointed Director on the CPA EMEA Conference in 2009.

Jes was appointed director on the CPA EMEA board in 2007. In 1998, after nine years' experience with Deloitte Malta, he founded FACT Group and is today Managing Partner of the firm. Jes holds the warrant to practice as an accountant and auditor in Malta and is also licensed to act as a fiduciary and trustee.

Nowadays, Jes's main focus is Tax and Advisory and his firm manages a growing portfolio of local and foreign clients.

A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor, Imelda has over fifteen years experience advising clients in both Ireland and the UK. Imelda’s professional background in dealing with personal and international tax matters means that she has a true understanding of the issues that affect her clients.

As a member of the Irish Franchise Association, Imelda has a great understanding of the issues affecting franchisors’ and franchisees. She regularly presents to members on various financial topics related to this group.

With over 12 years experience in the professional services industry, Nicki brings a wealth of experience to our region. Her main responsibilities are the recruitment of new member firms and the development of services that are provided to our existing members.
